It Matters to Me
Favorite Foods of the Moment
- Raw savory cashew cream- made me gain 12 pounds in 8 months while working at a vegan raw restaurant. Who gains weight working with raw foods??! Me!
- Silk Chocolate soy milk- my afternoon delight, mainly cause I'm too busy to get something else
- Tahini- it's my favorite base for sauces
- Xylitol- new sweetner I'm trying out in baked goods, so far it's cool
